Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation. ~~~Brian Tracy
Nowadays, it can be difficult to find things to be grateful for, as times are tough and families across the country are struggling. But, even when times are hard and the future may seem dire, you can always find a reason to be grateful. Taking the time to acknowledge one thing you're grateful for each day makes the day seem brighter and a better future possible. Note that great thing you have in your life and hold onto it for the day.
There are so many reasons to be grateful in life. Here are a few of the things I'm grateful for today in a random order:
1. I'm very grateful for my husband's job. It may not be the career he wants or the best occupation in the world, but at least it's a job, which so many families are struggling to find during current times.
2. I'm very grateful for my career. I get to do what I love everyday, while staying home with the kids. It may be crazy from time to time, and there's often not enough hours in the day, but I'm lucky to be able to do what I do.
3. I'm very grateful for my 4 children. They can be a handful, but they make every day worth living and never fail to get me smiling when I need it the most. Plus, I receive an abundance of hugs every day.
4. I'm very grateful for everyone in my life--all of my family and friends. They are all an amazing support system, and I don't know how I could go through life without them.
5. I'm very grateful to have the life I do. I'm able to provide my children with a stable and safe environment to help them grow into successful adults.
What are some things you are grateful for?
